Monolit-Info has launched the Voice Assistant for quick order entry

The Voice Assist function is now available for users of the Monolit Agent mobile application. User (mobile employee) can add and remove order items using voice.

Optimization of data entry is the main advantage of voice support. The new feature saves the time of sales agents and automates the process of input information.

Voice commands are converted to text and identified by Just AI Conversational Platform from the company Just AI. It is an IT platform for developing voice assistants that understand natural language.

The new feature has been successfully applied by agents that work with the Monolit Agent application.
