Support and maintenance

Monolit-Ifo has well tested system for ERP Monolit support and maintenance.

According to it each client signs the agreement on ERP Monolit support and maintenance. It contains list and content of activities, responsibility and other rules of interaction between client and Monolit-Info.

Basic agreement items:

  • “Help desk” support, ensures operative communication of clients with Monolit-Info office;
  • Appointment of the project manager for each project to co-ordinate all implementation activities and the subsequent support;
  • Remote monitoring of solution operation (in coordination with the client)
